Retail and living space a block off Mille Lacs Lake.  Currently being used as a single family home.  But the possibilities are endless....we designed it with the idea of using it as a rental facility.  Think recovery center, assisted living facility, recreation facility, family coop, etc. etc etc... 

The whole building is insulated and heated.

3 Apartments, about 1000 sq ft each, one is a 2 bedroom apartment and two are 1 bedroom apartments with a walk-in closets that could be used as an office or small den..

6500 sq.ft. of attic storage.

10,000 square feet completely finished and heated.  1500 square feet is currently set up as a store with shelving and display case.  Complete with restroom.

Living room and kitchen in one of the apartments.  Shared laundry and access to attic storage.  Also can access retail space.  You could have retail space with living quarters right down the hall.

Knotty pine cabinets make up two of the three complete kitchens in the building. This one has stainless steel backsplashes and a stainless steel top on the island. (Afterall, we are in the commercial kitchen business...)

This is what we refer to as the Boy's Room.  It's 3500 square feet with 14' ceilings and access to the attic storage area.  Completely finished, heated and has a 16'x12' automatic door with remotes and touchpad.

Here's another look at one of the one bedroom apartments.  The kitchen cabinets in this apartment are beautiful.. the windows with southwest exposure give the apartment warm, welcoming feel...
